The Typical PT Pass Guarantee

What is the Pass Guarantee? If you don't pass the NPTE on your first attempt, we'll extend your subscription access completely free until you do pass.

Pass Guarantee Eligibility Requirements:

  • Subscription Length: Must have a 3-month, 6-month, or annual subscription (1-month subscriptions are not eligible)
  • Complete all three full-length mock exams in our platform (all three mock exams must be completed in full – no partial attempts count)
  • Achieve a score of 40% or higher on each mock exam
  • Provide documentation of your NPTE result within 30 days of taking the exam

  • Free subscription extension equal to your original subscription length

How the Pass Guarantee Works

1 Meet the Requirements

Complete all preparation requirements during your initial subscription period.

2 Take the NPTE

Sit for your NPTE exam within the 6-month window.

3 Submit Documentation

If you don't pass, email us at contact@typicalpt.com within 30 days with your score report, mock exam completion proof, and purchase confirmation.

4 Get Extended Access

Once verified, we'll immediately extend your subscription at no charge.

Digital Subscription Policy

  • All digital subscriptions provide access extensions through our Pass Guarantee program
  • Subscriptions are non-transferable between accounts
  • Account sharing or suspicious activity voids guarantee eligibility
  • Extensions maintain full platform access and features
⚠️ Account sharing is strictly prohibited – accounts found sharing access will be immediately banned and forfeit all Pass Guarantee benefits.

Physical Product Policy

Shipping & Delivery:

  • All physical products are final sale
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses
  • Address errors entered by the customer are the customer's responsibility – we will not replace items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

No Returns or Exchanges:

  • Physical products cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced unless defective upon arrival
  • Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation
  • Shipping damage or defects are the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS) – customers must file claims directly with the carrier
  • Physical items are not covered under the Pass Guarantee program
