Our Commitment:
At Typical PT, we are committed to providing exceptional educational resources for DPT students. We understand that there may be times when our product might not meet your specific needs. Below is our policy for returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

  • Time Frame: Returns and refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Usage Limit: Refunds are eligible only if fewer than 15 questions of the question bank or mock exams have been accessed. Access beyond this limit is considered significant use of the product and thus, makes it ineligible for a refund.
  • Special Guarantee: If you complete all three of our mock exams, achieve a score of at least 40 percent on each, and still fail the NPTE, you are eligible for a full refund.

Process for Returns and Refunds:

  • Request Submission: Please contact our customer support team at refund@typicalpt.com with your order details and the reason for your return or refund request.
  • Verification: Our team will review your account to ensure that the number of questions accessed is within the eligible limit.
  • Approval: If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process a refund of the purchase price.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days upon approval.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Products accessed with 15 or more questions.
  • Refund requests made beyond the 30-day window from the purchase date.
  • Fully accessed or downloaded digital content.
  • Failure to meet the criteria of our special guarantee by either not completing all three mock exams, not achieving the minimum score of 40 percent on each, or not providing proof of NPTE failure.

  • The final decision on all return and refund requests rests solely with Typical PT.
